1. Acceptance

By using Polyx ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are purchased via Stripe. Credits never expire. You can request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase.

4. Licensing

Standard license: unlimited commercial projects, no resale of raw assets. Extended license: includes resale rights inside derivative products. CC0: public domain, no restrictions.

5. AI generations

You own commercial rights to assets you generate, subject to applicable law and the source models' licenses.

6. Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect damages exceeding what you paid in the last 12 months.
